A Clover Reserve Starbucks - Starbucks Reserve Nicaragua Cabo Azul

A week ago, my husband and I went to Clover Starbucks Reserve store and tried this Starbucks Reserve Nicaragua Cabo Azul for our first time. It was bold and had slightly chocolate tastes, and We loved it. :) I loved all Starbucks Reserve coffee we've tried so far. We also sometimes drink Starbucks fresh brewed coffee (not Reserve one), but obviously Reserve one is way better. I think that Reserve coffee itself is pretty high quality, and more importantly, their Clover coffee maker allows to brew very pure coffee. All reserve coffee brewed by Clover coffee maker tasted very clean. In Japanese, I can say, "zatsumi ga nai".

With its moderate climate and abundant rainfall, the Matagalpa region in central Nicaragua is known for high-quality coffee. It’s here the century-old Cabo Azul Estate produces its distinctive beans. Washed and sun-dried at the century-old Cabo Azul Estate, the beans rest for two months, developing their full flavors before being quickly hulled and exported. Special care is reflected in all aspects of operation—a commitment to exceptional coffee, the well-being of the workers, and the protection of 800 hectares of estate land as a bioreserve.

By the way, we wanted to try Starbucks Reserve Jamaica Blue Mountain for a long time and asked some baristas if they still carried them, but they were always sold out. All Starbucks Reserve coffee are limited, so probably we will not be able to see Starbucks Reserve Jamaica Blue Mountain for good.
