How to Cook Miso Soup

Yesterday, I shared suitable ingredients for miso soup through my blog. You might have been surprised at how many ingredients you can choose from for making miso soup. Needless to say, miso soup is very nutritious food which has high in protein and vitamins. However, you need to know that miso has high sodium, so do not eat too much miso soup everyday even though it is delicious. Consuming 1 to 3 small bowls of miso soup per day is just perfect enough for you. Anyway, I'm going to share how to make miso soup with you.
