How to Make Vietnamese Egg Coffee


      This month, I made Vietnamese egg coffee. As its name, it is a traditional Vietnamese drink and made of egg and coffee! It might sound very strange to you, but it is really delicious and tastes like tiramisu. :) I'm going to share how to make Vietnamese egg coffee with you.
How to Make Vietnamese Egg Coffee

■ What You'll Need ■
Vietnamese Coffee Filter
2 Tablespoons (10g) of Dark Roast Coffee Beans (Coarsely Ground)
150ml (3 fl.oz) of hot water
Two Egg Yolks (Pasteurized Eggs)
1 to 2 Tablespoons of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Flavor

1. Brew coffee with Vietnamese Coffee Filter. 
       Place the coffee filter on the cup. Put coffee ground into the filter. Pour hot water into it. Cover the lid and wait until strong coffee is brewed.

2. Make Egg Cream.
    Put egg yolks, condensed milk and vanilla extract into the bowl.

    Whisk together until a fluffy custard-like consistency is foamed.

3. Pour Egg Mixture over Coffee.
