What My Husband Cooked for Dinner - Yakisoba, Japanese Noodle Dish

Tonight, my husband cooked this Japanese noodle dish, yakisoba, for me. When it comes to noodle dish, he always makes delicious one in short time. He added leftover roast chicken, eggs, green bell peppers, cabbage and carrot in yakisoba noodles, which we purchased at Japanese supermarket a week ago. I topped it with aonori flakes, Japanese mayonnaise and shredded red ginger. It was so good! :)
Yakisoba
As I mentioned in my previous entry, Most Popular Japanese Foods, yakisoba is loved by many people including foreign tourists in Japan. If you love Japanese foods, you really should try it. If you don't want to make it from scratch, you can try instant yakisoba noodle, which I also love.
